Specifications

Door Construction Coritech core – Primed doors – 2040 x 920/870/820 and 2340 x 820 only, Veneer doors – 2040 x 820 only.
Solid MDF core – All other sizes.
Skin EXP External Primed skins, Veneered skins and BAL 12.5 Certified skins.
Rout Profile Square corner rout on both faces.
Trimming Doors – 5mm from top and each stile, 25mm from bottom.
Hinges Doors measuring up to 2040 x 920 require a minimum of 3 hinges.
Doors over and above this size require 4 hinges.
Primed Primed skin, excludes routing, door edges and glazing bead.
Pre-Finishing & Installation Light reflective colours should be used on all doors exposed to direct sunlight. Entrance doors must be installed in weather-protected openings to reduce the effects of weather exposure. Refer to Door Care and Maintenance recommendations. Failure to adhere to these recommendations will void warranty.
BAL Rating BAL 12.5 – Must be specified at time of order.
Approx. Weight Coritech core – 35kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door).
Solid MDF – 50kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door).
