Door Construction Stile and Rail Joinery door.
Merbau Veneer Merbau veneer is a natural product; as such, the colour, grain and texture can vary. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure veneers match, any variation in colour, grain and texture will not be considered a defect.
Trimming Doors – 5mm from top, bottom and each stile.
Pivoting Wide Style Doors Infinity wide style door pricing does not include any hardware. When pivoting an Infinity wide style door within a Corinthian Wide Style Pivot frame, the pivot hardware is delivered in two component parts (half with the door and half with the frame). When calculating the price of an Infinity wide style door in a Corinthian Wide Style Pivot frame, add the pivot hardware price to the door as noted in the pricing tables.
Hinging Wide Style Doors Do not hinge Infinity wide style doors measuring over 2040 x 1200. Infinity wide style door pricing does not include any hardware.
Cavity Sliding Wide Style Doors Infinity wide style doors can be used within a Platinum 6000 Cavity door solution.
Pre-Finishing & Installation Light reflective colours should be used on all doors exposed to direct sunlight. Finish Merbau doors with an oil-based paint, stain or sealer to reduce bleeding of tannin. If exposed to moisture, unsealed veneer may bleed. In this event, wipe over with a wet cloth to restore an even appearance. Entrance doors must be installed in weather-protected openings to reduce the effects of weather exposure. Refer to Door Care and Maintenance recommendations. Failure to adhere to these recommendations will void warranty.
