Heavy Duty Aluminium Fast-Fix Hinge

The McCallum A104 Heavy-Duty Aluminium Fast-Fix Hinge is designed for aluminium entrance doors in high-traffic applications. Its two-directional design suits both centre-pocket and front-edge glazing systems, while the built-in wing locator supports fast and accurate installation.

The hinge may also suit selected timber door applications; however, pre-drilling may be required. For timber doors, the A104WF model may be more suitable because its wing fixing holes are positioned approximately 13mm from the door edge.

Installation Guide

• Standard doors up to 2040mm high, 820mm wide and 100kg: use three hinges
• When using a door closer, use a minimum of three hinges and position the top hinge as high as practical
• For excessive usage, a fourth hinge may be required
• Oversized doors may require four to five hinges
