Subtle, classic, and timelessly stylish, Balmoral doors are a reliable and versatile staple for any interior design aesthetic. All Balmoral designs feature deep carved patterns on both sides, with square corner routing adding to a clean and sharp appearance. Doors with glass in the Balmoral collection are solid construction, while non-glass doors feature an Ultima Core. All doors from the Balmoral collection are pre-primed, ready for painting.

Specifications

Door Construction Ultima core – PBAL 1, PBAL 2, PBAL 4.
Solid MDF core – PBAL 4G, PBALBF 4, PBALBF 4G (including equivalent veneer designs).
Skin Primed MDF skins.
Rout Profile Square corner rout on both faces.
Design Note A PBAL 4 door measuring 520/620mm wide will be manufactured as a PBAL 2 door.
Trimming 5mm from top, bottom and each stile.
Glazing Complies with AS1288:2006 for the selection and installation of glass in buildings. Glass pattern direction is oriented to longest length of glass opening or design direction.
Hinges 3 hinges are recommended and a minimum requirement for Ultima core and 2340 doors.
Bi–Fold and Multi–Fold Doors Standard Bi–fold sets are supplied in reversible 2 door units, hinged together (Hinged Pair), complete with track and fittings.
Primed Primed skin, excludes routing, door edges, glass opening rebate and glazing bead.
Pre–Finishing & Installation Gloss, flat, semi–gloss or satin paint can be applied to door surfaces. Refer to Door Care and Maintenance recommendations. Failure to adhere to these recommendations will void warranty.
Approx. Weight 30kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door).
