These spiral balances support the reliable operation of top and bottom sashes, helping windows glide effortlessly while maintaining long-term performance. With adjustable tension and multiple weight capacities, this range is suitable for a wide variety of residential and commercial window applications.

Product Features & Construction

Manufactured with a narrow, fully sealed body, these spiral balances use an oil-tempered carbon steel torsion spring combined with a zinc-plated variable pitch spiral for consistent and adjustable performance. The steel zinc die-cast fixing plug and tough ABS polymer outer casing provide durability, while the corrosion-resistant stainless steel sash foot plate ensures dependable operation over time. Adjustable spring tension allows fine-tuning to suit different window weights, and optional shock-absorbing stops help reduce wear during operation. All units are supplied in a black finish and are available in trade pack format only. Adjustable foot configurations require a tension key for correct setup. Proudly made in Australia.
