996L 06 Lever Trim for Rim/Vertical Rod Devices – Satin Chrome

The Von Duprin 996L Breakaway Lever Trim provides secure exterior operation for compatible Von Duprin 98/99 Series rim and vertical rod exit devices. Its classroom function allows controlled key access from the outside while maintaining free emergency egress through the interior exit device.

Designed for demanding commercial and institutional environments, the Breakaway feature helps protect the trim and internal mechanism if excessive force or vandalism is directed at the lever. This can reduce damage, downtime and costly hardware repairs.
