This is a commercial-grade secure area mortice escape deadbolt from Lockwood’s Synergy®/SCEC-approved range, designed for high-security internal or perimeter doors where controlled entry and rapid egress are essential. The “Escape” function allows immediate unlocking from the inside without a key, while the outside can be locked/unlocked via a compatible cylinder.
