How to earn and use your store credit
Check your balance
Sign in using the same email used for your order, then open your customer account to view available store credit and expiry details.
Use credit at checkout
Sign in before checkout. If store credit is available on your account, choose it as a payment option and review the amount applied before placing your order.
Offer terms
Spend is calculated on the discounted product subtotal, excluding GST and shipping. Only the highest qualifying tier applies; rewards do not stack. Offer runs 20–31 October 2026 and applies to all products.
When credit is issued
Store credit is issued after the qualifying order is paid. The credit is valid for 30 days from issue, and the balance and expiry can be checked in your customer account.
